Mary Lucille Dains

Mary L Dains, was called to heaven on the evening of June 25, 2022, at the age of 72. 

She was born in Rolla, Missouri on February 17,1950.

She met the love of her life Larry Dains and they were married on December 6,1965 in Mankato, KS. The two shared an instant bond and celebrated over 57 years of marriage.

Mary was a beloved wife. She was honored to be a homemaker. She created a loving family and had three beautiful children. She enjoyed spending time with loved ones, playing cards, listening to her favorite songs, and made the best fried chicken. She knew no stranger. Her kindness and love radiated outwards from her bright smile. Her embraces were immediate comfort and calmness. Her laughter was contagious. She was a devoted Christian that had a loving relationship with God. 

She is preceded in death by her father Jim Watson and mother Thelma Watson; brother Lore Watson; sisters Opal Slawson and LulaBell Wigle; her husband Larry Dains; and daughter Denise Burgess.

Mary is survived by brother Jimmy Watson Sr.; sister Darlene Herpic; son Kent Dains and his wife Julie; daughter Teresa Moyer and husband Donald. She is also survived by her grandsons: Adam Ragoshke, Jesse Dains and wife Danielle, Jordan Dains, Tim Moyer, Brandon Moyer, Kevin Burgess and Wyatt Burgess; granddaughters: Jen Florence and husband Toby, Alisha Ragoschke and Stefani Moyer; along with many great grandsons and granddaughters, nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
