Connie Ralph

Connie L Ralph, 75 , of Waverly, Kansas, went to be with her heavenly father on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, surrounded by her beloved family.

Connie was born on January 24, 1951, in Middletown, OH to Fred and Juanita (Spencer) Olinger. Connie, along with her family, moved to Council Grove in 1973. She was a water treatment operator for the city of Council Grove for 21 years. She finished her career as plant manager of Public Water District Wholesale #12 from 1995-2017.

On December 21, 1996, Connie married the ‘cream of the crop’ her one true love, William Ralph, in Waverly, Kansas. Together they built a life centered on faith and family. Connie was one of God’s most faithful servants. She lived a life rooted in God’s grace and love. She prayed for her family daily, and there was nothing that could shake her faith.

Above all else, she treasured her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose greatest joy came from spending time with those she loved. She loved making memories with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and attending their activities and sporting events. One of her family's most cherished memories included playing card games. She enjoyed traveling with her family and the time she shared with her husband Bill throughout their 29 years of marriage. Her kindness, steady presence, and love for her family will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Connie is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, William Ralph, of the home; her children, James (Denise) King, Vicki (Dave) Navarre, and Tim (Shilo) King; her grandchildren, Andy (Jamie) Swain, Michael (Arica) Swain, Jasmine (Danny) Gerleman, Desiree (Derrek) Swanson, Jalaine (Sam) Coffin, Treyse (Maya) King, Brodey King (Delaney Adams), Darrett King (Mckinnon Waner), Daleyna (Colby) Galloway, Brittley King (Cade Goodell); and 13 great-grandchildren and more on the way. She is also survived by her sisters, Sandy (Rick) Powers, Beverly Carter, Jeannie Helton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Betty Kinion, Carol Kilbarger; and her brothers, Herschel Olinger, and Freddy Olinger.

The family will host a celebration of life at a later date.
